Her work is informed by evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based interventions, attachment-focused practices, and the Gottman Method for couples therapy. “Workouts” (therapy) is tailored to each member’s unique needs, with a focus on building practical coping strategies, strengthening emotional regulation, improving relationships, and fostering meaningful, lasting change.
