Dr. Karen Wilson is a Clinical Neuropsychologist, licensed in the in the Province of Ontario and the State of California, USA.
Training/Work Experience: After receiving her Ph.D. from Howard University, Washington, D.C., Dr. Wilson completed a two-year post-doctoral fellowship specializing in neurodevelopmental and neuropsychiatric disorders at the University of California, Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior. Dr. Wilson is the former Chair of the Department of Psychology at California State University, Dominguez Hill and former Clinical Supervisor at the UCLA Medical Assessment Center, a training clinic for neuropsychological and psychodiagnostic assessment servicing children, adolescents, and adults. She founded West LA Neuropsychology and ChildNEXUS.com, and is the host of the Diverse Thinking · Different Learning podcast. A sought-after speaker, Dr. Wilson is frequently invited to speak about assessment in various educational and professional settings.
